FRED SCHAFFER The Officers and Members of American Legion Post 217, College Park, MD, regretfully announce the passing of comrade FRED SCHAFFER, Col. US Army (Ret.). Legion memorial services will held Monday, October 29, 2007, at 7 p.m. at Borgwardt Funeral Home, 4400 Powder Mill Rd., Beltsville, MD.
